What You'll Do
- Inspect buildings at different stages of construction.
- Review blueprints for code compliance.
- Identify safety issues and explain fixes.
- Write clear inspection reports.
- Work with builders, architects, and property owners.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in building inspection or construction.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety rules.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Good communication skills.
- Certification (ICC or similar) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
