Brian Stephens
Julian Brian Stephens was appointed to represent Ward 2 on July 6, 2020 to a 4-year term expiring 2024. He has been a resident of Sapulpa for the better part of his life, living in the Ward he represents for the last 3 years. An entrepreneur from a young age, Brian started his first business at 16 years old. While maintaining his private business endeavors he also had a very successful career in the Finance and Insurance side of the Auto business. For the past 12 years he has operated CCR Construction which focuses on Residential and Commercial Remodels.
Brian’s family life is his most important focus; he and his wife Gail have been married for 33 years. They have 3 lovey daughters, all married, and have 6 grandchildren. Two of his children and their families live in Sapulpa as well as 2 of his sisters and his mother. His youngest daughter is a teacher at Sapulpa School system. His family has very strong ties to the City of Sapulpa. His work ethic and devotion to faith were instilled at a very young age by his mother, who is a continuing example of how to live, love, work and share.
Brian has always been supportive and committed to Sapulpa; be it with the work he has done with the Sapulpa Elks Lodge by installing a playground for the Head Start Program, working with Caring Community Friends, or by CCR doing monthly clean up in the City picking up discarded old furniture and hauling it off to the dump. CCR has also assisted on City Clean Up/Free Dump days by picking up items from residences where people were unable to get it to the dump area. Brian has both Corporate and Private business experience that he brings to the table to help navigate all of the challenges that face Sapulpa now and in the future. With a strong foundation in faith as well as an openness to hear every viewpoint he is ready to go to work. Working towards a better future for all with improvements in not only quality of life but also better facilities and services that are available and accessible to every citizen. Always willing to work as hard as needed to ensure success he is committed to making Sapulpa the first location new businesses think of in the future for expansion and growth.
