Our staff works hand-in-hand with the Sapulpa Planning Commission and City Council to review subdivision plats, hear zoning cases, and address land use proposals submitted by both developers and citizens. Beyond regulatory guidance, our Urban Development team is committed to helping the community succeed. We provide personalized support to those establishing businesses or building homes, guiding them through processes while respecting all historical preservation requirements and maintaining the character that makes Sapulpa unique. We also work closely with the Board of Adjustments (BOA) to offer relief from zoning code provisions when appropriate, ensuring flexibility for creative and beneficial developments.
